The Museum

The museum is located in the Gothic cloister of the Cathedral, the oldest part that preserves the temple, built in the 14th century. More info

GUIDED VISITS: TOWER

The visit takes place every opening day at 12:00 (noon) and 5:00 pm.

School visits are made from Tuesday to Friday at 10:00 am, always by reservation through the mail: visitas @ catedralmurcia.com or call 968 219 713.

For security reasons, the visit to the Tower will always be guided by staff of the cathedral complex. Access to the Tower is not allowed with a wheelchair.

NORMAS de la VISITA

La Catedral en un espacio digno de ser preservado e inadvertidamente podemos causar daños irreversibles. Para evitarlos, colabore con nosotros atendiendo a las indicaciones del personal.

Por motivos de conservación no está permitido tocar las obras de arte, hacer fotografías con flash, grabar vídeo, ni usar “palo selfie”. Dentro del recinto no se puede comer, beber ni fumar. No está permitida la entrada de animales, a excepción de perros guía.

La visita a la torre está desaconsejada para personas con problemas respiratorios, cardíacos o de movilidad, con vértigo, claustrofobia y/o embarazadas.

Durante la visita debe seguir las indicaciones del guía. Por su seguridad, no está permitido pasar por debajo de las campanas ni asomarse a los balcones. Es recomendable llevar un calzado cómodo y adecuado.

La Catedral es un espacio de culto y religiosidad, tenga un comportamiento acorde con el lugar y vista de manera adecuada. Durante su visita le rogamos que silencie su teléfono móvil y no lo utilice. Los niños deben ir siempre acompañados por un adulto.

Cuando organice su visita tenga en cuenta que el tiempo aproximado de duración del recorrido con videoguía es de 75 minutos. Si tiene cualquier duda consulte al personal, estarán encantados de atenderle.
