GUIDELINES FOR THE VISIT

The Cathedral is a space worthy of preservation and we can inadvertently cause irreversible damage. To avoid this, please cooperate with us by following the staff’s instructions.

For conservation reasons it is not permitted to touch the works of art, take flash photography, record video or use a selfie stick. Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside the museum. Animals are not allowed inside, with the exception of guide dogs.

Visits to the tower are not recommended for people with respiratory, cardiac or mobility problems, vertigo, claustrophobia and/or pregnant women.

During the visit you must follow the guide’s instructions. For your safety, you are not allowed to walk under the bells or look out over the balconies. It is advisable to wear comfortable and suitable footwear.

The Cathedral is a place of worship and religiosity, please behave accordingly and dress appropriately. During your visit, please silence your mobile phone and do not use it. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.

When arranging your visit, please note that the approximate duration of the audio-video tour is 65 minutes. If you have any questions, please ask the staff, they will be happy to help you.
